Website hosting

The privatecore.fr website is hosted on the publisher's own infrastructure (a Mac Mini located at the registered office shown above), exposed to the Internet through an encrypted tunnel. The reverse-proxy and tunneling provider is:

No personal data or customer content is stored on Cloudflare's servers. The tunnel only carries TLS-encrypted traffic between site visitors and the publisher's server.

Hosting of customer instances

PrivateCore is deployed in one of two ways, chosen by the customer, and the publisher acts as a host in only one of them.

• "At my place" mode. The instance runs on hardware owned by the customer (a Mac Mini or Mac Studio they bought), on their own premises. The publisher hosts nothing and holds no copy of the data.
• "Online" mode. The instance runs on servers rented by the publisher, located in France, from Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France: www.scaleway.com). Each customer gets their own isolated instance, with its own database and its own container: there is no shared database across customers.

Either mode can be switched to the other, in both directions, with no data loss. The applicable terms are set out in our general terms of sale and, for business customers, in our data processing agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on privatecore.fr (text, images, logos, videos, source code, graphic elements, style guides, icons) is the exclusive property of the publisher, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The trademarks PrivateCore, HomeCore, SoloCore and BusinessCore belong to the publisher. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited and constitutes infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data

The privatecore.fr site does not use any third-party tracking (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar or equivalent). The details of how we process personal data are described in our privacy policy.

Cookies

The privatecore.fr site sets no cookie at all. Audience measurement relies exclusively on the anonymised analysis of the technical logs of our own server, with no script or tracker in your browser (see the privacy policy). If a legacy technical cookie named pc_consent, set by an earlier version of the site, is still present in your browser, it is automatically removed when you visit.

Reporting illegal content

For customers hosted in "Online" mode, the publisher provides a hosting service within the meaning of the French law on confidence in the digital economy and of regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services. Any manifestly illegal content published from a PrivateCore instance can be reported to contact@privatecore.fr, stating the exact address of the content, the grounds for the report and your contact details. Every report is acknowledged and examined; the author of the content is informed of any measure taken and may contest it at the same address.

The publisher carries out no general monitoring of the content stored by its customers and does not access it outside of a report, a judicial order, or an express request from the customer.

Liability

The publisher does its best to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on privatecore.fr, but cannot fully guarantee against errors or omissions. Technical, pricing and contractual information is subject to change; it only becomes binding as part of a signed quote or contract.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. The publisher has no control over such sites and disclaims all liability regarding their content, privacy practices or availability.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of privatecore.fr falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
