The promise
Alliance is the exact opposite.
You install PrivateCore on your Mac Mini. Your data stays at your place, encrypted. And when you activate Alliance, you join a network of peers you exchange with directly : without us, without cloud, without third party.
- Sovereign
Nothing leaves your machines. Peers talk directly over encrypted Tailscale (WireGuard). No PrivateCore server intercepts traffic.
- Connected
You publish what you want to share (extras offers, stock, resources). Approved peers see what you publish. The rest of your database stays invisible.
- Reciprocal
No free-for-you-paid-by-them. You give as much as you receive. That's what makes the network last.

I post 'extra needed tonight, dinner service' in the Alliance. 12 minutes later, the chef of a peer 2 km away sends me one of his runners. I pay direct, no temp agency, no platform commission.

I type 'urgent need 6 packs of Coca, I'll return Monday' in the Alliance. The hotel next door (approved peer) confirms in 4 minutes. A server picks them up. I return 6 packs on Monday. Toast SaaS can't do this.

How it works

You install PrivateCore
On your Mac Mini, locally. Your business data (scheduling, stock, accounting, customers) lives here, FileVault-encrypted.

You activate Alliance
In Settings → Alliance. One toggle. PrivateCore generates your peer identity (Tailscale public key) and proposes the peers in your area.
- 03
You invite or are invited
You approve a peer (or they approve you). From there, both Mac Minis can exchange the offers you publish. You stay in control : one-click revocation.
No data transits through our servers. Your peers talk directly, machine to machine, end-to-end encrypted by WireGuard.

Your questions, straight up.

How much does it cost?
Alliance is included in every PrivateCore plan. No extra fee, no commission on peer-to-peer exchanges. You pay your Mac Mini once. The rest is between you and your peers. -
Does my data really go to peers?
No. Only the offers YOU explicitly publish are visible to peers YOU have approved. No scraping, no global aggregate, no telemetry. The rest of your database (customers, numbers, detailed scheduling) never leaves your machine. -
What if I leave the Alliance?
You close the Tailscale connection in Settings. Peers immediately lose access to your shared catalog. Your data stays intact at your place : you keep the full PrivateCore app, just without the network layer. -
Which sectors are compatible?
Hospitality first (hotels, cafés, restaurants) : that's where the needs for extras, stock backup and group purchasing are most acute. Also SMEs broadly: artisans, professionals (doctors, physios, dentists), garages, care, ambulances. If you are a French SME with potential peer neighbors, Alliance is for you. -
Who moderates the network?
No central authority. Approval is peer-to-peer (you decide who sees your offers) and reputation is local (you rate your peers after each exchange). Designed as a digital neighborhood guild, not a centralized marketplace. -
Is this legal? Aren't SME exchanges undeclared work?
Alliance exchanges respect French law: extras declared as CDD d'usage (URSSAF), stock backups between peers tracked in accounting (account 4458), group purchasing under formal convention. The PrivateCore accounting module generates supporting documents automatically.
