Online or at your place
Online, or at your place on a Mac mini.
Online, there is nothing to buy: we set up your instance when you order, and you get the whole software. If you take payment at a counter, want the AI that reads your data, or work in a trade that keeps sensitive data, the Mac mini at your place adds what an online server cannot do.
Two ways to run PrivateCore
The same software, at the same price. What changes is where it runs: with us, to start without buying anything, or at your place, on a Mac mini that adds what a server under your own roof makes possible.

Online
For trades that don’t take payment at a counter
Nothing to buy, set up when you order.
- Every module: scheduling, quotes, invoices, customers, accounting.
- Hosted for you in France, on an instance that is yours alone.
- Open anywhere: at the office, on site, at the customer’s.
- The day you decide, everything moves to your place, data included.
Who picks itTradespeople and builders, repair and maintenance, home services, real estate, consultants and freelancers.
- The most complete
At your place, on a Mac mini
For taking payment on site and for sensitive trades
Everything the online version does, plus four things it cannot do.
- AI on site: it reads your documents and answers you, and nothing leaves.
- The NF525 certification-ready register, with its receipt printer and cash drawer.
- Your online shop served from your Mac, on your own domain name.
- Your data within your walls, on a machine you own.
Who picks itRestaurants and bars, hotels, shops and grocers, garages, healthcare, and any trade that keeps sensitive data.
The subscription is the same in both. The Mac you buy yourself, or we invoice it to you configured; either way it is yours. And you can start online, then move in when the register or the AI becomes useful to you.
What the AI can do, rung by rung
The software is the same everywhere: every module, all your data, every automation. What changes from one rung to the next is what the AI can do. Here are the three rungs, in the order you climb them.
-
Online
Nothing to buy, set up when you order.
- Watch and compute Yes
Stock watched, invoices chased, schedules proposed, entries sorted. That is already most of what people call automation, and none of it needs a model.
- Read and converse No
Photographing a prescription or a quote so the machine reads them, asking your business a question and getting a real answer: not here. We would rather say so than ship an assistant that answers beside the point.
-
-
Shared AI Coming
Online, with the writing handed back. Coming: the machine that would carry it does not exist yet.
- Watch and compute Yes
Identical to the rung before. Nothing changes on that side.
- Write Yes
The same sends, but written for the case at hand instead of filled into a template.
- Read and converse No
Still not. This rung gets announced the day it truly reads and answers, not before.
-
-
At your place
A Mac you buy, or that we invoice to you configured, and that you own. Everything runs under your roof.
- Watch and compute Yes
Identical to the rungs before, and it keeps going when the connection drops.
- Write Yes
Written on site, as many times as you like, with no request meter.
- Read and converse Yes
The assistant reads your documents and answers your questions. Your data never leaves the machine, because the model sits on it.
-
An online instance runs no AI on its hosting machine. This is not a commercial cap we would lift for a surcharge: it is the architecture choice that guarantees your data feeds no model. The AI that reads your data runs on a machine you own, or it does not run. An outside AI, never by default: only if you decide so, with your own key.
Online is the front door, at your place is the house. You climb when you want, with nothing to reinstall: the same software and the same data simply move in.
